Do you ever feel like you are in the holding pattern of life?
In a holding pattern, you remain in the same state or continue to do the same thing while waiting for something to happen - just like the plane circling and waiting for something to change and a landing slot to open up. ​

Do you ever feel like you are
in a holding pattern? 
​     
"Good News - you´re not!"
You know when a plane has to go into holding and wait to land. 
To the passengers on the flight nothing changes while the plane is circling until the pilot is given the go-ahead to land but in actual fact, there are so many changes going on to allow the plane to land safely that the people on board the plane cannot see.
When you are in a holding pattern you think that you are doing the same thing over and over again and nothing changes. Every day feels the same, you are waiting for something to change. Has this ever happened to you?
There can be times in our life when we feel stuck and not sure what to do about it. 
Are you in a holding pattern of life, where it seems that nothing changes? 
Well, good news - you´re not!
If you know my work, you will know that I am always looking to find the most logical and simple ways to feel better about any situation. 
Can you imagine my absolute joy at realising just how simple it is to become unstuck?

1. Breathe consciously
...a simple act. If you are alive, you cannot stop yourself from breathing. 
With every breath, something changes, energy moves, vibration shifts.
When you breathe consciously, you notice the movement, the change - you become aware. 

We are all energy, and energy never stops shifting and changing- this is the
 *Law Of Change.
It is the law that is continually affecting our life.
The law of change states that everything is in the process of becoming something else.
​Change happens everywhere and with everyone and happens constantly.
As long as you have breath in your body, you are in a continual state of change. 


2. Words, words, words...so powerful. 
a simple phrase:
​"This too will pass"
Use this phrase often when you feel stuck, and remember it too when things are good.
​It teaches us gratitude. 

​
3. Take responsibility for how you feel
...choose to make how you feel your priority. 
When you connect to how you feel and take responsibility for it, you begin to notice the subtle changes around you. 
How you feel does not depend on anything or anyone else, only you. 
If you don´t feel good - good!
You know that this is something you do not want and you have the ability to change it -  when you are ready. 
Meantime, things are changing all around you even when you are unaware - how cool is that?

Take 100% responsibility for Y O U!​

1: the usually oval course flown (as over an airport) by aircraft awaiting clearance especially to land
2: a state of waiting or suspended activity or progress
Go on, give it a go and see what happens.
The only person stopping you is Y O U!
