How to tap - "Quick tap"
This is a simple, easy to use and effective “quick tap.”
REMEMBER to breathe throughout.
1. Focus on whatever "feeling" you have that you want to deal with.
2. Feel the intensity of it.
3. Now picture a tree in your mind, a big, strong, tree. If I pull the roots out from under the tree, what happens to a tree with no roots? It falls over doesn´t it.
4. Now take your index and middle finger of whichever hand you use to write with and start tapping on these points:-
As you breathe out think of all the tension leaving your body – peace.
Now, go back to that feeling and see what’s changed. If you need to do another round of tapping, repeat until the feeling is gone.
By tapping on the body in this way we are telling the subconscious mind that we are safe, this means that the stress hormones are replaced by the relaxation hormones. We can now operate from a relaxed point of view and with clarity..............and most importantly this gets you out of the way and allows the body to do what it does naturally, which is self-heal, self-medicate and regenerate.

- Between the eyes;
- Side of the eye;
- Under the eye
- Collar bone;
- Hold wrist.
