Are you ready to take 100% responsibility for you?

It is my belief that we must take responsibility, 100% responsibility , for our health and our actions.
The body has an inbuilt, natural defence system and by doing all that we can to get into optimal health and strengthen our immune system we are taking responsibility for our self AND at the same time protecting others.
In the weeks and months to follow there is going to be a lot of information out there, and you will wonder what is right or wrong.
Only you can decide on what works for you.

Stress, worry , anxiety, fear, all paralyse the immune system if left unchecked, and effectively mean that you are more susceptible to contracting and spreading any virus that is around.
The fear mongering and media frenzy is unlikely to be addressed therefore it is up to you to take control and arm yourself with the tools you need and get into optimal health!
​                                                  You have got this!

One of the tools I use is "Tapping" and this is a very effective tool for releasing anxiety and fear.
Whatever you use remember to K.I.S.S. - Keep It Super Simple. When we start to complicate things , that´s when we give up.

What does that even mean ?
Well when we make other people or events responsible for how we feel, our actions and our responses, in effect we give them power over us.
We give away our power!
Now, how does that make you feel?
Do you want to have the power to live your life, do the things you want, be happy?

Do you want to give that away to others?
Stop and think about that........
Every time you say, he / she / it made me feel...., he / she / it did that and that made me do this......
You are giving your power away.
Nobody can make you feel or do anything that you do not want to feel or do.
​No one else is responsible for your happiness, or your unhappiness for that matter, only you.
If you find yourself in a situation where you feel that someone or something is making you feel or act a certain way that you are not happy with and you cannot change the person or thing , what do you do?
You change the way you look at / react to it.
        When you change the way you look at things....

So Why does Tapping work?

Our body is an amazing machine, it is constantly regenerating, self-healing, self medicating and working to  ensure the continual flow of blood and oxygen to all the organs and to maintain a balance of all the hormones and chemicals produced within. Our body does this naturally............until we get in the way.

Are you aware that at least 95% of all illness and disease is caused by the way we REACT to ....

Stress occurs when your mind believes that you are in some kind of danger – whether emotional or physical.

Your body pumps adrenaline into your system to give you a boost.

 This is called the “fight or flight” response.

The ideal scenario is that only life threatening situations trigger the stress response in our body which allows us to act quickly with less thought and faster reflexes.

However in our society the stress response is often triggered by a ringing phone, a deadline, a boss, a family member, watching television or any number of other non-life-threatening situations.The long-term effects of continual stress are dangerous – even deadly – to our health and happiness, and, as you can see, stress is everywhere.

Some common effects of excessive stress:

  • Insomnia 
  • Tension and anxiety 
  • Muddled thinking 
  • Irritability 
  • Anger 
  • Mild depression 
  • High blood pressure 
  • Heart disease 
  • Ulcers 
  • Allergies 
  • Asthma 
  • Migraine headache
  • Premature aging

Can You “Feel” IT?

Have you ever thought about how your body communicates with you?
If you have then you may have realised that it is through your emotions which then create feelings or sensations that flow through you. Sometimes we ignore these feelings, push them aside to deal with later or not at all.
So what happens in our body when we feel “good” ?Just close your eyes and think about it now….think about something that you love to do, someone who you love, or remember a time when you were truly happy……..that feels wonderful doesn’t it?
Your body tingles, it feels alive, open and flowing. This is our natural state. This is how we attract all the good things into our life. This is when our body can function at its optimum and maintain health.
When we feel “good” everything around us seems to be good. We are healthier. We have better relationships with our family and friends. We have more energy.
                                       So…………

What happens in our body when we feel “bad”?
Again, think about it now…think about something that makes you feel sad, angry, scared or resentful….. that doesn't feel so good does it? 
How does your body feel now?
 Heavy? shut down?
When we allow these negative feelings into our body we stop the flow, we stop the natural rhythm and halt the body’s natural functions. We find that when we feel “bad” nothing seems to go right for us. We get more colds. We may have difficulty sleeping.



Which do you prefer?
What is your usual state?
Lots of us find that we get drawn into the negativity around us on a daily basis. We read the newspapers, watch the news several times a day, spend time on social media sites looking at posts telling us about all the things we ought to be afraid of, or spend time in the company of people who complain a lot.


How to avoid these situations. 
We can’t be happy and feel good all the time, can we?
That’s up to us. We have a choice in everything. 
Even in the worst situations we can, if we choose, find something to make us feel better about it all. 
It’s our choice.
That may sound flippant to some of you as we all have sad or challenging things that occur in our life.
I am NOT saying that you will not feel bad about them. What I am saying is that if you choose to hold on to the bad feeling it will become easier to feel bad about other things around you.



     How to release and let it go……..
         use the FasterEFT ART of change, 
          Aim, Release and Transform
                           in other words….
feel that “bad” feeling, 
allow it to be there,  
tap and let it go and then….
              FLIP IT!
          …..whatever it takes 
           FLIP IT!
find something ,ANYTHING that makes you feel even just a little bit grateful, appreciative or joyful and focus on it until that feeling grows and tap in the good feeling.

Are you on stand by? or are you switched on?

Are you on stand by? 

We all know what stand by is, don´t we. The television is on stand by, ready to pop on at the touch of a button, the computer is on stand by to save us having to wait for it to load when we want to use it  and we go on stand by ready to fly when there is a seat available. 

Have you noticed how much of your life you spend on stand by?


For our body that stand by state is when the mind and body are disconnected. The communication is interrupted. When the mind and the body are connected and  in harmony, the body uses its own innate intelligence to self-heal, self medicate and regenerate. When our body is functioning optimally our mind and body work together to maintain the delicate balance that is necessary for health and happiness.  There is a connection that flows between the mind and the body,  an energetic connection as well as a physical one.

We all know that our body needs the flow of blood and oxygen to function, don´t we? What most people do not realise is that we also have an energy flow. It's a bit like an electric current. Just because we cannot see electricity doesn´t mean it's not there. We rely on it every day, we know that if there is a disconnection in the circuit the electricity will not flow and we will have no power. Our body works in the same way, with our energy flow. Our energy flow responds to how we FEEL. As soon as we feel in any way "negative" our energy flow becomes disrupted, our body goes into stress mode, we disconnect and go into "stand by".  In order to function optimally we have to reconnect that supply............and its easy!
