History: study of past events Hi: greeting, informal Story: an account of something real or imaginary, usually narrated for entertainment or information What is your Hi Story? Your Hi-story is how you identify (with) yourself. It is your personal history (story), which is made up of the experiences you have had and the memories you have of them throughout your life. Whenever we meet someone new, we ask questions to find out more about them. How do you tell someone new about you? The words you use are so powerful, especially when they have an emotional connection. Every time you tell your story, you are updating it in your mind. It's like updating your software on your computer. 'Software update required.' 'Please wait while we install the latest updates.' Updates are about reviewing and changing any outdated features.
Everyone who has a digital device has seen these messages. Without the update, the device may not run efficiently. It is necessary to turn the device on, agree to the update, and then the device will shut down and restart. Most people will have agreed to automatic updates or will install them immediately, after all we want our devices to work efficiently. How often do you apply the same analogy to your life? The world is ever evolving, change is the only constant. As a human being, you are adaptogenic; however, when you do not update your belief system and preferences with who you have become, it can overwhelm you. if it does not feel good, it creates conflict within. I have news for you- Every time you remember something, good or bad, you are saying "Hi-Story," and you strengthen the connection, you update it, like the software on your computer. If you are not happy with the way your life is going, have a look at your Hi-Story, you may find it very revealing. If you would like more information, you can contact me here.

" When we know why we have clarity and when we have OUR why, we have our everything. Children understand this even at a very young age." Why is WHY the most important thing you can know? Why does the world keep on turning? Why is the sky blue? Why are we here? Toddlers start asking why almost as soon as they can talk. Why? - because when we understand why, we understand the reason for what, when, who.... The why is the reason! Toddlers ask why because they understand from a very young age that knowing why brings clarity, growth and happiness. Take time to ask why. Take time to explain why. "Why explains the reason behind the what. When we understand the reason, it changes everything! " Understand the 'WHY' behind everything you’re doing. Change the way you look at things and
the things you look at change! Wayne Dyer Wonderful Wednesday!Good morning!
It's Wonderful Wednesday! Today we are focusing on the hands. ~ "It is in your hands to create a better world for all who live in it ." ~ Nelson Mandela Did you know that our hands are unique to us as humans? There are 27 bones in each hand that are intricately connected to allow maximum movement. Our hands are able to nurture, soothe, hold on to , repair and let go when needed. Your hands , like the rest of your body sometimes need extra care. There are so many things you can do to care for your hands. My personal favourite is to exfoliate and then moisturise while massaging the hands and fingers. This is very relaxing and also helps the blood flow. Below you will find some tips for hand care. Take some time to find what makes your hands feel good. Remember what´s the only thing that matters? " How YOU Feel!" Have a Wonderful Wednesday! Zoot ♡Zoot ♡ Zoot ♡ #FreeFloLiving #KISS Are you a multitasker? You may well be able to do more than one thing at a time however it is impossible for you to :
Notice that all of these have one thing in common - what we would call good or bad, positive or negative effect. You see... you cannot feel good and bad at the same time. Can you be happy all the time? Living in this world today we are constantly encountering people, places, events and things that we have differing responses and reactions to. Our mind and our senses are being bombarded with billions of data every second. to keep us sane (at least a little!) Our mind and body has its own unique filter system so that we are only aware of what is important to us or what we are focused on at the time. You may be dealing with something that you do not like. You may see, read or hear about something that makes you feel sad, angry or frustrated. Whatever you are feeling, thinking and focusing on you will notice more of it all around you. You ask " How can I feel happy when so many things that I don't feel good about are happening to me and around me? " Let me explain.... I am not saying that you can feel happy about these things, however the more you feel the negative feelings the more difficult it will be for you to feel good about anything and you will miss the" good " things that are happening too. So how to shift the focus and therefore allow your filter to open up to what else is out there? When you see, hear or experience something that you do not like - Ask yourself, is there anything I can do to change this right now? to improve it? If there is, and you want to, then do that, if there is not then make the decision not to think about it, talk about it, blog and post about it or focus on it for now. You will be amazed at the difference this makes to your life. As soon as we decide to look at things in a different way or to not focus on things that we do not feel good about and cannot change we allow the things that we do feel good about to come into our awareness AND we even start to look at the things we didn´t like in different ways. YOU ALWAYS HAVE RESPONSE - ABILITY .......IT'S A CHOICE ABOUT WHETHER YOU WANT TO BE RESPONSE - ABLE! THERE IS ALWAYS CHOICE!!!!!!!!!
