How important are our feet?
Did you know that there are 26 bones and 33 joints in each foot?
Wow, all so well connected and helping us to move, fast, slow and swerve in every which way.
What about the weight they carry around every minute of every day!
So how well do you look after your feet then?

Today I am encouraging you to play Footsie, you can share with a partner or go solo and pamper your feet!
The soles of your feet absorb essential oils faster than any other part of the body as well as having reflexology points therefore you can help to strengthen your immune system by massaging with a mix of Olive oil with added Oregano, Eucalyptus, Tee Tree and Lemon essential oils – see the attached recipe.
Do some research too and find what works for you and helps you to “Feel Good” after all - what is the only thing that matters?

It´s Tantalising Tuesday!
So today we are focused on the Face.
Your face is how you identify with the world and how the world identifies you.
It's so important to look in the mirror and love the face you see looking back at you.
Remember it's all about " How YOU Feel!" If you don't like / love you how can you allow anyone else to like / love you??
Yesterdays hair mask can also be used as a face mask however today I have given you a recipe for an invigorating and replenishing face mask for all skin types.
By the time we get out at the end of the week we are all going to look and feel absolutely fabulous! and as you now know all that matters is "How You Feel".

It's Marvelous Monday!
What is the most important thing at any given time?
"How You Feel!".....dictates everything else that happens around you.
It is looking like we may get out next week so with that in mind for the next week we are going to focus on some tips to help you feel good physically which in turn will help in so many ways that you cannot imagine right now!
So today it is Marvelous Monday! and we are going to start at the top with our hair or, for those who have little or no hair, our head.
We have below an amazing Hair mask recipe and for the Head a nourishing scalp massage recipe for you to try.
I have personally used these and can tell you after the treatment my scalp was tingling and felt so alive and my hair was soft and natural feeling.
