Are you Dancing in the Rain?
How often do you Dance in the Rain?
I´m not suggesting that you actually go out and dance in the rain, although I would recommend it, it can be a wonderful experience.
What I am talking about is your reaction to what´s going on in your life.
Looking for the blessings in every situation, allowing the situation to be what it is and pass. No matter what is happening in your life at the moment, how you deal with it will determine how happy you are now and in the future. We all face different challenges and we all deal with them in different ways. Learning to "Dance in the Rain" will benefit you in so many ways whenever you face a challenge.
The weather is the most talked about topic socially. How often have you looked out of the window , its raining, and you feel that sinking feeling? What if that was to change, what if, when you looked out and it was raining, you instead, felt more alive, you wanted to go out there and dance in the rain.
Your thoughts and your reaction to everything are so powerful that they actually affect your life in a big way.
You have a choice in every second about how you feel and how you are going to react. What would it take for you to notice how often you felt like dancing in the rain and how often you just let that sinking feeling take over?
The challenge, if you wish to accept it, is quite simply to notice how often you want to "Dance in the Rain". Notice how you deal with life´s challenges and make a choice to change it if you need to….and then watch your life change!
